NJ Winter Hang at Batona Camp
New Jersey's long running winter hang in the Pine Barrens at Batona Camp in Wharton State Forest.
This hang has run for more than 15 years at Batona Camp, which has plenty of trees at most sites. It is a cold weather weekend in the sandy, piney woods of South Jersey, with shared fires and gear talk. Past editions ran the first weekend of February, including February 2 to 4, 2024. Newer dates are not confirmed online, so check the forum. Bring winter gear and expect damp cold.
